We offer an integrated compliance system in all areas of responsibility pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, privacy, antitrust, anti-fraud and anti-corruption, regulatory and tax.

Our professionals hold numerous positions in Boards of Statutory Auditors, Statutory Auditors, members of Supervisory Organizations and Data Protection Officers. We outsource Internal Audit and Antitrust Compliance Officer Activities.

The Firm provides assistance in legal and negotiation aspects, directly and indirectly connected with industrial and trade union relations. We take care of the design and drafting of first and second level collective agreements, contributory and fiscal aspects and those related to corporate welfare.
We work alongside our clients in extraordinary transactions, mergers, demergers, acquisitions and disposals, leverage and management buy-outs.
We support institutional investors and companies in raising capital on regulated and unregulated markets, as well as banks, investment firms and asset management companies in offering investment and collective asset management services, following the entire authorization process with the competent authorities and preparing the documentation offer and contracts relating to OPV, OPS, IPO and OPA. We have developed particular skills in the field of corporate turnaround by offering assistance activities related to debt recovery, restructuring and renegotiation plans. We provide advice at every stage of bankruptcy and other insolvency proceedings, assisting both debtor companies and financial institutions.

Our firm offers assistance and consultation in the field of administrative law, public procurement, concessions and authorizations, accounting and public finance, privatizations, public services and mixed companies, project finance and environment. Trust, constant information and close collaboration with the Client are a milestone of our policy in the management of civil, corporate, administrative and tax disputes, regarding judicial authorities, Authorities, and in national and international arbitration. We pay particular attention to the pre-litigation phase, aimed at preventing or settling possible disputes through the use of alternative resolution tools (ADR).

We have created a focus team of professionals dedicated to the working world and related litigation ready to integrate with the other areas of activity of the firm in assisting businesses in relations with employees, trade unions, public administration, tax, social security and welfare authorities. Lexacta offers tailor-made tax advice for its customers, ensuring continuous and periodic updating and the best tax compliance. Our professionals take care of the preparation,
forwarding and subsequent argumentation in the competent offices of rulings and legal advice.

In a period marked by the continuous intensification of mandatory tax obligations, the Firm guarantees assistance in the preparation and online conveyancing of all returns as well as communications required by law, such as tax returns, IRAP, VAT and withholding agents, invoice data communication and periodic settlements and compilation of Intrastat lists.
In addition to the opinions on the correct application of accounting principles, both national and international, we support the structures of our customers in the preparation of general accounting, in the preparation of periodic auditing financial statements, in the reconciliation of customers/suppliers, bank statements, in addition to installation and management of analytical or industrial accounting systems.

At the same time, we offer a wide range of solutions aimed at ensuring continuous monitoring of performance, prevention, verification and reporting, also with reference to non-financial information and environmental and social governance (ESG).

We have applied our methodology in the constitution of innovative start-ups, in the drafting of project business plans or supporting clients in operations, equity, debt and M&A and IPO, project financing or restructuring. We have consolidated our methodology also in due diligence activities and in the estimation and evaluation of assets under all legal, fiscal, patrimonial, economic and management profiles also with forensic purposes and methods. Our family office supports the customer during management of consolidated assets of individuals both in the real estate sector, assisting customers in the design, development, construction or purchase of real estate for residential, commercial or industrial use, and in the management and enhancement of financial, artistic and jewelry assets.

We also provide advice with a view to transmitting assets to future generations, proposing integrated solutions in inheritance, tax and all issues related to registration, administration and protection, including through the establishment of trusts and equity funds.
